What is a "Loyalty Card"
The loyalty card is used for repeat customers to earn rewards on their commissions.

How to use the "Loyalty Card"
With each commission that you submit, you must also upload your loyalty card to be stamped.With each stamp, you'll be able to use the "unlocked / stamped reward" on your next purchase.You may only apply 1 discount per commission. Discounts may not be doubled up.

Does the "Loyalty Card" apply to past commissions?
No, the card is applied for all commissions AFTER card purchase.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please allow 24 hours for your card to be made and provided to you.

USE
All cards are good ONLY for commissions by KirbyStomping.
Cards expire after 2 years. If your date of purchase (DOP) is 01/01/2026, your date of expiration (DOE) will be 01/01/2028.Once your card is filled or expired, a new card must be purchased to continue earning rewards.

GENERAL
• Before asking any questions, please feel free to read the TOS and review the commission form. These 2 things usually answer most questions.

PAYMENTS
• Commissions must be paid up front.
✿
WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW
• WILL draw:
Humans / Real People, Anthros, Fantasy Characters, OCs, OC X Canon, NSFW (must be 18 years or older)

• Will NOT draw:
Suggestive / NSFW of minor, Fetishes, Mecha, Extreme Gore, Proship, Offensive Art

REVISIONS
• Client is allowed 2 free simple revisions before rendering begins.
• Client will be subjected to an Adjustment Fee if they change their references after work has began, even if the artist is still in the sketching phase.
• Revisions / Adjustment Fees can cost 20-100% of the commission cost, depending on the revision ask.
• Client has up to 3 days after the completion of their commission to request any further adjustments. (Request will require an adjustment fee.)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions can take time due to the artists queue. Rush fees are available at: 4 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week, and 2-3 days.• Small commissions can take: 2-4 months to complete
• Large commissions can take: 4-6 months to complete
• Commissions can have a 1-2 month turn around time. The artist will communicate if there is a need to extend the time. The client has the right to decline.

USE
• Personal Use: For self or gift (no charge)
• Commercial Use: Ads, content use, etc (fee $200-400+)
• If the client misuses a personal work for commercial, artist is allowed to press charges of the commission price, $1000 for the commercial fee, and any funds made from using the art created by the artist.

AI USAGE:
Using my art for AI is strictly prohibited.You are not to use AI tools to enhance or change my work. You are not allowed to use my art in AI by ANY means. This includes putting my art through AI tools such as: Chat GPT, Gen AI, Grok, Sora, etc.If my work is used for AI, charges will be pressed of $1000 to you.This rule applies to past, present, and future commissions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Artist has the rights to post the art created to their socials, portfolio, etc.
* All non commercial art will be lightly watermarked
• If an NDA is signed, artist will follow the rules. However, the artist must be credited regardless.

REFUNDS
• Not Accepted if:
- Before due date
- While working on commission past due date
• Accepted if:
- Commission has gone 1-2 months past due date (and has not been started)

COMPLETING REQUESTS
As we all tend to live busy lives, clients are asked to be proactive in responding to commission updates within the same day or a reasonable time.
If it is approving sketches, changes, or final art, please ensure that you are responding.
If a client does not respond to finalized art within 24 hours, the request will be submitted and marked as complete.
If you request for more changes after the art has been marked as completed, you will have to pay $20-100 per change.

COMMUNICATION
• The artist will reach out to the client prior to the time of the commissions due date.
• Small commissions contact: 2-7 days prior of due date
• Large commissions contact: 2-4 weeks prior of due date
• The artist asks that clients keep any inquiries
