Terms of Service

GENERAL
• Before asking any questions, please feel free to read the TOS and review the commission form. These 2 things usually answer most questions.

PAYMENTS
• Commissions must be paid up front.
• Some commissions ($300+) may allow payment plans.
★
PAYMENT PLANS
• Commissions with payment plans will be completed as normal. However, WIPs and Final Product will be heavily watermarked and low quality until client has paid in full.
• Some commissions with payment plans will be completed in halves. First 1/2 payment: Up to line art. Second 2/2 payment: Completion.

WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW
• WILL draw:
Humans / Real People, Anthros, Fantasy Characters, OCs, OC X Canon, NSFW (must be 18 years or older)• Will NOT draw:
Suggestive / NSFW of minor, Fetishes, Mecha, Extreme Gore, Proship, Offensive Art

REVISIONS
• Client is allowed 2 free simple revisions before rendering begins.
• Client will be subjected to an Adjustment Fee of 20-50% if they change their references after work has began, even if the artist is still in the sketching phase.
• Revisions / Adjustment Fees can cost 20-100% of the commission cost, depending on the revision ask.
• Client has up to 3 days after the completion of their commission to request any further adjustments. (Request will require an adjustment fee.)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Commissions can take time due to the artists queue. Rush fees are available at: 4 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week, and 2-3 days.• Small commissions can take: 2-4 months to complete
• Large commissions can take: 4-6 months to complete
• Commissions can have a 1-2 month turn around time. The artist will communicate if there is a need to extend the time. The client has the right to decline.

USE
• Personal Use: For self or gift (no charge)
• Commercial Use: Ads, content use, etc (fee 100-600%)
• If the client misuses a personal work for commercial, artist is allowed to press charges of the commission price, $1000 for the commercial fee, and any funds made from using the art created by the artist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• Artist has the rights to post the art created to their socials, portfolio, etc. DO NOT CLAIM ART AS YOUR OWN!
* All non commercial art will be lightly watermarked
• If an NDA is signed, artist will follow the rules. However, the artist must be credited regardless.

REFUNDS
• Refund requests before the "Anticipated Due Date" will not be accepted.
• If the artist is actively working on the commission past the due date, a refund can not be requested.
• Commission Cancellations are NOT accepted.

COMMUNICATION
• The artist will reach out to the client prior to the time of the commissions due date.
• Small commissions contact: 2-7 days prior of due date
• Large commissions contact: 2-4 weeks prior of due date
• The artist asks that clients keep any inquiries ✨ Short and Sweet ✨

A: Yes, I also create traditional paintings and drawings.★6. Q: How long do commissions take?
A: The time depends on the commission type.Bigger requests can take around 6 months. Smaller requests can take 2-3 months depending on the queue.Time is provided automatically on VGen and Emailed for CashApp method.★(More questions pending)
